SEMA Las Vegas! Car enthusiasts and lovers of iconoclastic automobiles unite at this annual trade show, celebrating the automobile and ushering in new business practices and technologies to the industry. It is one of Las Vegas’s biggest trade shows and our teams are already working on some of the best exhibits on the floor. Below are our quick FAQs for SEMA attendees and exhibitors, and our advice on the best ways to exhibit.
When, Where, Why
SEMA Show is the largest automotive aftermarket trade show and is one of the biggest trade shows in Las Vegas. It is taking place this year from November 5-8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It offers hundreds of seminars and break out sessions for education and small businesses in addition to large events and performances. This is THE event for the automotive aftermarket and the buying power is unbeatable in this industry. Your exhibit needs to stand out.
Registration: SEMA is trade only and as such, you must be a member of SEMA. Members of press, exhibitors, and SEMA members register here, www.semashow.com/register.
You must be a member of Specialty Equipment Aftermarket Association, or prove you are a member of the industry. Tax ID, letter from employer, and after market sales ID will suffice. If you are a SEMA member, you will still need to register with the above requisites.
It is $40 early registration until October 1, then $90 until day of show for exhibiting companies and Non-Exhibiting Company (NEM) registration is $200 per person online or onsite. Re printing badges is $100 so be sure not to forget these.

What is the dress?
Dress is business attire. SEMA is a B2B trade show and as such it requires professional dress and decorum.

Advance Meetings and Special Events in Booths
Advanced meetings and events are permitted with advance clearance from show organizers, and we offer catering and event planning solutions as a line item with our exhibit rental and fabrication services, be sure to ask!
Sales and Promo Materials
Direct sales are not permitted at SEMA, however orders are taken with future delivery. Promotional materials and contests are permitted but must be within the show guidelines. Our project managers and designers have excellent vendors for promotions and contests, be sure to ask your team head.
Cost of Exhibiting and Handling Fees
Badges are complimentary for your staff and personel changes may be made online in advance of the show date. Material handling fees are freight over 500 lbs will be charged for onsite delivery and delivery must take place during move-in Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Monday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. If you have not registered for your exhibit space yet, contact our staff to negotiate the proper space with your marketing team.
